  • I’m interested in a property I saw listed online. Is it still available?

    If a property is listed on our website, it is still available. Listings are only removed once the property has been officially rented.

  • How do I schedule a showing?

    If the property is vacant:

    You can schedule a showing after submitting a completed application (with or without the fee). The application must include at least a valid photo ID and basic credentials.

    If you wish to proceed after viewing, the application fee and required documents — such as income verification, rental references, and pet records — must be submitted by 10:00 AM the next business day.

    Please note: It is not required to view the property before going into processing.

    The first completed application will be processed. If multiple applications are completed simultaneously, priority is based on the timestamp of submission.

    If the property is currently occupied:

    A completed application, payment of the application fee, and a background check are required and reviewed prior to scheduling.

  • Can I rent a home without seeing it first?

    Yes. If you’ve reviewed our rental policies and submitted a completed application with the application fee, we can process your application to determine eligibility.

  • Are screening fees refundable?

    Yes, the screening fee is refundable until you go into processing. You are able to go into processing once you have submitted a complete application per our policy guidelines and after attending a showing or signing the Sight Unseen Addendum.

  • Where can I find your policy?

    Under the properties on our vacancies list, the policy is the first page that comes up when you

    click ‘Apply Now’ on any listed property. Please read thoroughly before applying.

  • What am I required to pay in order to rent a property?

    If you move in on the 19th or before then we require prorated rent for the dates you’re going to be there plus the base deposit and any additional deposits. If you move in on the 20th or after, we require the prorated rent for that current month plus next month’s rent as well as the base deposit and any additional deposits.

  • Do I have to pay the application fee?

    The application fee is only required once you decide to move forward with processing. If you choose not to proceed, no payment is needed. Once processing begins, the fee becomes non-refundable and must be paid via cash or Venmo.

  • Do I have to submit an application?

    Yes. Everyone 18 years of age or older must submit a completed rental application before leasing a property.

  • What is "Processing"?

    This is where you've decided you want to be screened to see if you meet the required qualifications for leasing with ASPMC. At this time, the application fee becomes non-refundable, while we process a background check & verify credit score, income and rental references.
