About Us
Andee founded A Superior Property Management Company in 2007, starting with just one client and a vision. What began as a solo endeavor has grown into one of the largest property management companies in Central Oregon—something she remains in awe of every day. Her passion for the dynamic, fast-paced world of property management is matched only by her commitment to running a thriving, people-focused business.
Born in Sisters and raised in Bend, Andee grew up in her parents’ health food store, Nature’s, where she learned the fundamentals of entrepreneurship and customer care. That early experience shaped her values and helped lay the foundation for her future success.
She holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Hospitality and Tourism, and is a Licensed Property Manager in the State of Oregon.
Outside of work, Andee is a proud mom to three energetic boys—including a set of fraternal twins—and is engaged to a fellow Bend native. Her family shares a love for the outdoors and adventure, whether at home in Oregon or exploring new places.
In 2022, Andee fulfilled a long-time dream by purchasing a boutique glampground/motel in Tulum, Mexico—a project that blends her love of hospitality with her entrepreneurial spirit.
Kristen was hired as Andee’s first employee back in 2010. She has previous experience in vacation rentals and many years of customer service. Kristen is a Licensed Property Manager as well as our Office Manager, The Owner Liaison and the go to person for accounting questions. But really you can contact her for anything! Kristen likes to spend her free time with her husband and two beautiful daughters, Hattie & Olivia. They like to explore new parks around town, go on vacations and just spend quality time together.
Darla has been with the company since 2015. She is a Licensed Property Manager with a strong background in insurance which brings a lot of value to our business and our clients. She was helping a friend manage some smaller complexes when she realized how much she enjoyed property management and decided to make it a full time job. Darla manages and coordinates tenant turnovers and getting our new homes ready for rent. In her free time, Darla loves hiking, her pets, movies, books and spending time with her children.
Jenny is Andee’s sister and had previously worked for their family’s Natural food Grocery Store for 28 years. She started working at ASPMC at the end of 2015. Jenny is in charge of the application screening department. This is a very important role as strict and thorough screening is the only way to ensure good tenants. In her spare time, she likes camping and fishing with her family. She also loves traveling and slow walks around the neighborhood.
Mieke
Tenant & Client Relations Manager
Mieke joined the world of property management in 2018 and quickly discovered it was the perfect fit. She loved it so much that she soon became a licensed property manager. Today, she’s often the friendly face handing you your keys on move-in day—and making sure your leasing experience is smooth and positive is her top priority.
With a strong background in customer service, administration, and real estate, Mieke is passionate about being the go-to contact for tenants while also connecting with new clients and marketing our properties with enthusiasm and care.
Outside of work, Mieke enjoys spending time with her husband, Cecil, their daughter, Ashlyn, and their two adorable pugs, Keela and Daisy. She's a big fan of travel, live music, and quality time with friends.
Dan is in charge of the maintenance department. He responds to tenants daily requests for maintenance items and he serves as our liaison between owners, vendors and tenants on bigger projects.
Dan has been part of the Superior family for 15 years and came on full time in 2020. He grew up in Central Oregon and enjoys fly fishing, good music, and spending time with his wife and 2 adorable daughters.
Norma is a much more than a Leasing Agent at A Superior Property Management Company, LLC. Norma’s role focuses on leasing operations, specifically on new rental inquires. She is the primary point of contact when you call A Superior Property Management. Her attention to detail will ensure completeness and accuracy in the leasing process. She has been with us since 2022 and we couldn't be more happy to have her on our team!
Norma received her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Tecnologico de Monterrey (ITESM), Campus Chihuahua. She brings with her previous experience in administration, accounting, and real estate Investments. She is also a Certified Notary Public for the State of Oregon.
Originally from El Paso, Texas, Norma has lived in Bend for a few years and is fluent in English and Spanish. When she is not in the office, Norma enjoys spending time with loved ones, volunteering in the community and being active outdoors.
McKenzie is the newest addition to the ASPMC team, bringing a vibrant mix of energy, professionalism, and people skills. As our Tenant Compliance Coordinator, she handles property inspections and ensures that compliance standards are met with a thorough and thoughtful approach.
Originally from the Willamette Valley, McKenzie considers Bend her second home—thanks to strong family ties and years of visiting the area. Her background in hospitality, event planning, and customer service gives her a unique edge in working with tenants. With a degree in Exercise Science and a natural talent for connecting with people, McKenzie has a gift for delivering even tough news with empathy and a smile—making her a true asset in the world of property management.
When she’s not on the job, you’ll find McKenzie soaking up the outdoors—camping, paddleboarding, playing kickball, or exploring local food spots with friends and family. Energetic, adventurous, and always bringing the good vibes.
