Once you sign a lease, you are obligated to that lease. When your lease is over, you may swap out

tenants as long as an original tenant is still on the lease and the new tenant meets our

qualifications. If all roommates want to end the lease, you can move out immediately by paying a buyout fee.

Question :

I want to hang pictures or mount my tv. What is and isn’t allowed?

Answer:

You can’t make any modifications to the home but we do allow for normal wear and tear. For

negatively affect the property. ASPMC will consider an hour of touch ups as normal wear and

tear at move out.

Anyone staying 7 days or more needs to apply as a permanent tenant or a temporary occupant.

If you need help, please reach out to the office.

Question:

I want to sublet my place. Is this allowed?

Answer:

Per policy, we do not allow subleasing. If you want to add a roommate, they will need to fill out a

complete application found under the ‘Vacancies’ tab at the bottom of the page. They will need

to qualify and be approved before moving in. The original tenant must remain in the house as

we do not allow lease takeovers.
