Once you sign up with us, we will advertise your house on Craig’s List 6 days a week, we will list it on our website with color photos, and we will hang flyer’s in coffee shops, grocery stores or wherever is appropriate for your home. We also have accounts with The Bulletin & The Source Newspapers. Both offer affordable ways to reach prospective tenants.
We screen our potential renter by doing a thorough background check. We look at credit, eviction and criminal history. We do a follow up with current & previous landlords, and verify employment. We use all legal forms and addendum’s current to Oregon Law.
We offer direct deposit to our owners & are set up for tenants to pay rent on-line. We are locally owned and we’ll do whatever it takes to get your home rented with quality tenants!
