ASPMC was founded by Andee Jessee who managed just one property when she opened the doors in the fall of 2007. Currently her and her team manage a portfolio of over 600 homes. With four licensed property managers on staff plus 4 other non licensed staff, we are experts in maintaining and managing residential homes, multi-family units and large complexes. A La Carte rental Services:

Placement lease renewals: Includes an inspection, a market analysis for what the current market rent is, and the legal lease documents. The cost for this service is $150.

2nd Home sitting: Includes an interior/exterior inspection with photos sent directly to your email. The cost for this service is $75 per visit

Once you sign up with us for property management services, we will advertise your property on our website with professional photos. In addition, we will list your location on Craigslist, as well as other rental sites at no further charge. We also have accounts with The Bend Rental Guide & Zillow which both offer affordable ways to reach prospective tenants.

We screen our potential renters by doing a thorough background check. We look at credit, eviction, and criminal history. We complete a follow up with current & previous landlords and verify employment. We require two staff members to review application results before approving the prospects. Our staff will then notify you of exactly who will be renting your home. We use all legal forms and addendum’s current to Oregon Law.

We are the only company in town who inspects the property 3 times a year! Immediately after the inspection we will email you a detailed report. You will know that your investment is in good hands!

We’ll continue to work with those tenants on a regular basis to make sure that their needs are addressed. We strive to keep your vacancy rate low. In the case of a turnover, we promise to make it prompt and keep your operating costs low.
