Andee started A Superior Property Management Company in 2007. She absolutely loves the dynamics of property management and thrives on running a successful business. Andee has lived in Central Oregon for more than 30 years. She grew up at her parents health food store in Bend, learning the basics of running a good business from a young age. She has 3 wonderful boys, the youngest two are fraternal twins. Andee and her family love to spend time in the outdoors and love to travel. She has an Associates Degree in Business Administration specializing in Hospitality & Tourism. She is also a licensed Property Manager in the State of Oregon.
Kristen was hired as Andee’s first employee, over 7 years ago. She has previous experience in vacation rentals, and absolutely loves working with people. Kristen moved here from the Seattle area back in 2003 and never wants to leave Bend. Summer of 2015 she and her husband welcomed their first daughter, Hattie. Kristen is the Office Manager and a Licensed Property Manager. You can contact her for anything!
Darla has been with the company since Spring 2015. She has a strong background in insurance which brings a lot of value to our business and our clients. As a side job, Darla started dabbling in the property management world. She began by managing some small complexes for a friend and was super jazzed about it. She is a great addition to the team, and is currently responsible for ensuring all new rentals to our pool are clean and ready to rent. She also works with all new tenants, doing the lease paperwork and moving them into their new home! She enjoys spending her time with her sons Mark & Christian, Daughter McKenna and her sweet pup, Jose. She recently became a grandmother!
Lisa has been with the company since Fall 2014. She is a Licensed Property Manager with a background in large multifamily complexes. She has experience in construction and maintenance which is highly valued in this business. Lisa performs all of our inspections and handles all maintenance requests. Lisa is a grandma, and mother of two great daughters.
Dan is an old team member of ASPMC and we are thrilled he is back. He is in charge of marketing and enjoys showing houses. When Dan is not at the office, he spends his time with his beautiful wife, Nina and 3 year old daughter, Eveander.
Jenny is the newest member of the team. She is the main receptionist and has been out showing properties more and more. Jenny is Andee’s sister and has previously worked for their family’s Natural food Grocery Store for 28 years. In her spare time, she likes to watch her son, Adam, play basketball, and loves hiking with him too!
Amy loves spending time with her husband, Cameron and their 3 boys, Riley, Bradley, and Caleb. She has done a little of everything, most recently working in the Hospitality Industry. Her role with Superior is to coordinate move outs and move ins. Not only is Amy very organized, she also prides herself in providing great customer service. She brings a lot of laughs to the office as well!
