Andee started A Superior Property Management Company in 2007. She absolutely loves the dynamics of property management and thrives on running a successful business. Andee has lived in Central Oregon for more than 30 years. She grew up at her parents health food store in Bend, learning the basics of running a good business from a young age. She has 3 wonderful boys, the youngest two are fraternal twins. Andee and her family love to spend time in the outdoors and love to travel. She has an Associates Degree in Business Administration specializing in Hospitality & Tourism. She is also a licensed Property Manager in the State of Oregon.
Kristen was hired as Andee’s first employee back in 2010. She has previous experience in vacation rentals, and absolutely loves working with people. Kristen is the Office Manager as well as a Licensed Property Manager. You can contact her for anything! Kristen likes to spend her free time with her Husband and Daughter Hattie exploring new parks for Hattie to play at and taking fun trips!
Darla has been with the company since Spring of 2015. She has a strong background in insurance which brings a lot of value to our business and our clients. She was helping a friend manage some smaller complexes when she realized how much she enjoyed property management. She is now a Licensed Property Manager and a great addition to the team! Darla manages and coordinates move ins, move outs, meeting new clients and getting new houses ready to rent. Darla loves being outdoors with her dog Jose, and spending time with her children.
Lisa has been with the company since Fall 2014. She is a Licensed Property Manager with a background in large multifamily complexes. She has experience in construction and maintenance which is highly valued in this business. Lisa manages the maintenance department by handling all of the requests in and out and coordinating the vendors with the residents. Lisa enjoys her free time as a wife, mother and grandmother!
Dan is an old team member of ASPMC and we are thrilled he is back. He is in charge of marketing, processing applications and showing houses. When Dan is not at the office, he spends his time with his beautiful wife, Nina and Their daughters Eveander and Briar.
Jenny is Andee’s sister and has previously worked for their family’s Natural food Grocery Store for 28 years. Jenny is out in the field most of the time handling inspections. When she is in the office she helps the front of the office, keeping everything organized! In her spare time, she likes to watch her son, Adam, play basketball, and loves hiking with him too!
Angela moved to Redmond 2017 after 30 years in the Willamette Valley. She comes to us with an extensive background in Office Management, Administrative Support and Property Management. She is experienced in property leasing, maintenance, and billing. If you call the office, Angela is most likely the one to greet you!
Angela and her husband Chuck have 4 children with 3 left at home. In her spare time Angela enjoys watching her kids sporting events, lazy days at home and all of the outdoor activities that Central Oregon has to offer.
